eCommerce DevOps allows you to claim your refund within 10 working days of the initiation of your project(s). We totally rely on customer's prompt feedback during the design and development process to complete the task effectively and therefore hope that the customer gives proper feedback in order to get the desired results.
This policy describes how the personal information of our client collected by us is used and why we collect it. It is within our policy that we describe the choices you can make about how we can collect and use your information.
eCommerce DevOps Refund is not applicable when:
You choose a discounted coupon
You choose a promo/special service package
You have approved the initial design concept
You have requested revisions
You have canceled the order due to non-related reasons in regard to the eCommerce DevOps and its policies
You have not contacted eCommerce DevOps for more than 2 weeks since the project initiated
You have violated eCommerce DevOps terms & conditions and/or privacy policy
You have approached another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to eCommerce Devops
You have provided an incomplete project brief
You have demanded a change in any concept
You have other reasons such as change of mind, a dispute with your partners, or other similar reasons
You have approved the deliverables
You have accepted multiple revisions for any service
You have ordered a bundled service and dissatisfied with any specific service, a refund can only be claimed against that specific service(if applicable) and ‘not’ the complete set of bundle services
You have failed to provide the initial brief within 10 days of order placement Rush charges are not refundable
You have been unresponsive for more than 30 days but you can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue
If you have been unresponsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. $150 for re-initiating the project
In case of finalizing one part of the order, You won't be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package
You’re playing “man in the middle” for a 3rd party
Note: By claiming a refund you acknowledge that a transaction processing fee of 10% will be deducted from your total amount. Refunds are issued within 12 - 15 working days from the day of cancellation. All sections of this Agreement which, by their nature, shall survive termination, shall survive including payment, indemnity, and the disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability.
