Our role was to work together with stakeholders by facilitating workshops and with developers by providing all assets and documentation needed to plan, execute, and present day-to-day tasks including WF, prototyping, UT, and weekly showcases to stakeholders.
With the growing number of eCommerce brands that want to sell their products to everyone, everywhere, we wanted to create a self-service solution that allows a brand and their customers to easily manage their products/orders and returns.
We created an integrated logistics platform designed for ease of use and full control. In this platform, the customers are able to 1) increase speed and efficiency (store management) 2) have all the information at their fingertips (order management) 3) make shipping intuitive (shipping management) 4) empower their customers with an order and return tracker (customer portal).
